Delivery & Returns
Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending a device to us for return, exchange, or repair, as well as the return shipping costs to have the device sent back to the customer. We do not cover shipping fees under any circumstances unless explicitly stated otherwise as part of a promotional offer or warranty agreement.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when sending your device to us, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once we have received and inspected your device, we will notify you of the next steps, including any applicable charges and the estimated timeline for return shipping.
